2. You can use all the carriers that you want but you will only see the saving if you use the carriers that they want. Why? Because the cheapest carriers make the most money for the 3PL’s. The cheaper the carrier, more claims, more lost customers for you.
3. Sign a two year contract. You will want to be out in about six months. My question if you are selling someone something so great, why sign a contract? They wouldn’t want to use anyone other then you in six months. It’s too late.
